Chroma新产品62000P系列可程控直流电流供应器，提供许多独特功能供ATE整合与测试使用。这些功能包括定功率操作范围、精准的输出电流和电压量测、输出触发信号，以及可模拟复杂的DC暂态波形以便测试设备的瞬断、压升与其他电压间偏差的能力。62000P是高准确度可程控直流电源供应器的新标准，专门设计予自动化测试于D2D转换器和其他类似产品使用。
62000P系列包含12个不同的机型，从600W到5000W以及 120A到600V。由于单一仪器可提供的定功率操作范围包含高电压/低电流和低电压/高电流，因此可减低一般 ATE应用所须的直流电源供应器数量。62000P系列同时具备16 bit高解析度的准确电压和电流读值回读功能，这表示系统不再须要复杂额外的分流器/电压表，才能量测准确的待测物输入参数读值。62000P电源供应器亦具有I/O埠可提供8 bitTTLs、DC-ON、保护输出信号、远端抑制功能以及系统时序量测的输出触发信号。
62000P系列电源供应器另一个独特的功能为可建立复杂的DC暂态波形。此功能可对设备进行输入电压漏失瞬断和其他电压变化等测试，是用于飞机设备测试、反用换流器测试和其他会产生电压中断之设备测试的理想选择。其应用的范围包括DC/DC 转换器和反用换流器、压降测试、引擎启动模拟、电池自动充电、电子产品生命周期测试等等。
定功率范围下提供宽广操作 62000P系列直流电源供应器提供宽广的操作范围。例如，62012P-80-60的输出规格为 1200W/80V/60A可于不同的组合中灵活操作如图右侧所示。如普通的直流电源电源供应器显示提供所有的输出电压相同的额定电流，而62000P于低输出电压时提供较大的电流。这表示低电压/高电流及高电压/低电流两者的待测物可使用单台直流电源供应器测试输入稳定度，于一般的ATE系统内部避免多台直流电源供应器以节省成本与空间。
Chroma new product 62000P series programmable DC current supply, providing a number of unique features for ATE integration and testing. These features include constant power operating range, precision of output current and voltage measurement, output a trigger signal, and can simulate complex DC transient waveforms to test equipment of transient fault, pressure rise and the ability of other voltage deviation. 62000P is a new standard of high accuracy programmable DC power supply, specially designed to be used in the D2D converter and other similar products.
62000P series contains 12 different models, from 600W to 5000W and 120A to 600V. Because a single instrument can provide a fixed power operating range of high voltage / low current and low voltage / high current, it can reduce the number of DC power supplies required for general ATE applications. 62000P also have 16 bit high resolution accurate voltage and current read value read back function, which represents the system no longer need complex additional shunt / voltmeter, amount to measure accurately measured input parameters value read. 62000P power supply is also provided with a I/O port to provide 8 DC-ON, bitTTLs, protection of the output signal, remote inhibit function and system timing measurement of the output trigger signal.
Another unique feature of the 62000P series power supply is the establishment of complex DC transient waveforms. This function can be used to test the input voltage and leakage current and other voltage changes. It is an ideal choice for the test of aircraft equipment and other equipment that can generate voltage interruption. The scope of its application include the DC/DC converter and the counter with converter, pressure drop test, engine start simulation, battery automatic charging, electronic product life cycle test and so on.
Under constant power range to provide a wide range of operation 62000P series DC power supply to provide a broad range of operation. For example, the output of the 62012P-80-60 specification for 1200W/80V/60A can be flexibly operated in different combinations as shown on the right side of the graph. Such as the general DC power supply to provide all the output voltage of the same rated current, while the 62000P at low output voltage to provide a larger current. This means that low voltage / high current and high voltage / low current of both analytes using a single DC power supply input test stability, within the general ATE system to avoid multiple DC power supply to save cost and space.
